Eight people sleep easily in the house. Additional sleeping room for guests on the main room couches.
Full driveway for up to four cars parked off the streets each evening. No garage … but plenty of room in the house to store all your ski gear.
Ski lease will be Monday, January 5th through Sunday, May 3rd. Additional time can be added if Mother Nature chooses that path for us all.
$7,000 per month for the four month term.
$7,000 security deposit.
$500 cleaning fee at the end of the lease.
Tenant pays electrical and propane refills. Landlord covers all trash, television and other utilities.
The house is located on Forest Glen Road within the Palisades neighborhood. No need to drive to ski the mountain, with Mountaineer picking you up and taking you home for free.
Both kitchens are fully loaded with all needs - pots and pans, toasters, blender, etc.
All beds have sheets with an extra set available for changing. Laundry room has extra sheets for all the beds throughout the house.
Open floor plan in the main house with dinner table seating for six. Plus two sofas for just hanging around. Television.
Master bedroom in the main house has its own bathroom and television.
In-law unit has its own one bedroom, closet and a small living room area with its own television. Private bathroom and laundry machine, too.
Pets considered with additional pet deposit and monthly pet fee. No smoking, please.
No subletting or subleasing.
