The Role
* Operate 2025 Peterbilt equipment with Cummins power.
* Secure and transport diverse loads, including oversized and all kinds of freight
* Must be proficient in tarping and multi-point load securement.
* Navigate challenging routes and mountain passes with expert-level safety.
Requirements
* Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
* Proven OTR and Flatbed experience.
* Strong understanding of bridge formulas and weight distribution.
* Self-motivated professional capable of independent trip planning.
Compensation & Benefits
* $2,500 Sign-On Bonus.
* Pay Structure:Mileage or Percentage-based pay (capped at 35%), whichever is greater for the load.
