Job Opportunity: Tow Truck Operator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service while performing emergency road service, towing, accident recovery, police-impound towing, and/or abandoned vehicle recovery using assigned truck and towing equipment in a safe and professional manner.
2. Accurately log dispatch updates, paperwork, daily reports, and other required documentation.
Qualifications:
1. No prior experience required—we are willing to train candidates with basic mechanical aptitude.
2. Must have a valid California Class C driver’s license and maintain a driving record that meets company and insurance requirements.
3. Must be at least 24 years old due to insurance requirements.
4. Availability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
5. Must pass drug testing in compliance with company policy, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, and contractual requirements. Testing will be conducted per applicable California laws.
6. A background check may be conducted after an employment offer is made. Must have a clean background.
