A well-established, locally owned HVAC contractor serving residential and commercial clients throughout Sonoma County and surrounding areas is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team.
Our company has built a strong reputation for quality service, integrity, and personalized customer care, providing installation, repair, and maintenance solutions for heating and air conditioning systems.
About the Role
This is a consultative sales position focused on helping customers make informed decisions about their HVAC needs—not high-pressure or cold-calling sales.
Minimum of 2 warm, qualified leads provided daily
No door knocking or cold calling required
Work with homeowners and contractors on system replacements, upgrades, and new construction projects
Opportunity to manage and grow a strong pipeline in a high-demand market
Compensation & Benefits
100% commission-based structure
Target earnings: $150,000+ annually

Strong lead flow and support from the operations team
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-home and on-site consultations
Develop HVAC system solutions tailored to customer needs
Provide accurate estimates and proposals
Build relationships with builders and contractors (new construction a plus)
Manage sales pipeline and close deals consistently
Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
Minimum 5 years HVAC sales experience
Experience with new construction projects required
Strong consultative selling skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
