Soulié Construction is hiring an experienced lead deck carpenter. This is not an entry-level position, and it’s not for someone who’s only built a couple redwood decks.
We’re looking for someone with proven experience building high-end composite decks from start to finish.
Requirements:
* TimberTech/Trex handrail systems and decking experience
* Hidden fasteners, picture framing, and divider boards
* Deck framing, stairs, layout, and guardrails
* Ability to read plans and lead a small crew
* Own tools, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation
* Dependable, efficient, and please no drug, alcohol, or personal issues that prevent you from being dependable
We have steady, full-time work and build quality decks—not production work.
If your experience is mainly fences, general framing, or you’ve only built a few decks, this position probably isn’t a good fit.
