We’re a fast-growing construction company specializing in ADUs, home additions, and high-end remodels. As we expand, we’re looking for a Skilled Carpenter to join our crew — someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, communicates clearly, and enjoys being part of a team that values efficiency, quality, and great client relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of carpentry experience (residential construction preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage time and materials efficiently
• Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must understand and communicate effectively in English
We’re open to candidates with a range of experience — from those looking to grow their skills to foreman-level carpenters ready to lead their own small crew. As our company continues to expand, there’s plenty of room for advancement for the right person.

• Full-time position based primarily in Sonoma County, with some projects in Napa and Marin
• Pay dependent on experience
