We’re looking for a skilled Residential Electrical Foreman who takes pride in quality workmanship, leads with confidence, and knows how to keep a project running smoothly. What You’ll Do
• Lead and supervise residential electrical crews on new construction and remodel projects
• Coordinate daily tasks, delegate responsibilities, and ensure work is completed on schedule
• Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems with precision and safety
• Communicate clearly with project managers, homeowners, and inspectors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Train and mentor apprentices and journeymen to support their growth
What We’re Looking For
• Residential electrical experience; foreman or lead experience preferred
• Strong understanding of NEC codes and residential electrical systems
• Ability to manage crews, solve problems on the fly, and keep projects moving
• Professional communication and customer service mindset
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, lifts, and in various site conditions
