A growing high end design & build (residential/light commercial) construction company in San Rafael, CA is currently seeking a full-time positions for the follow positions:
1) Journeyman Carpenter
The requirements for the position are as follows:
1) Strong skills in all phases of carpentry.
2) Have own truck, with racks, and tools.
3) Valid driver license and insurance. Clean background and clean DMV record.
4) English speaking. Enjoy working with people and be able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and other tradesmen.
5) Motivated, hardworking, trustworthy, has attention to detail, punctual, professional. Enjoys working in construction.
6) Career path orientated, long term team member.
7) Understand and follow all safety guidelines.
8) Able to run a small crew or work by yourself. (Journeyman)
9) Able to read and build from plans. (Foreman, Journeyman)
10) Has smartphone and ability to find address and follow directions on your phone.
11) Prefer someone who lives locally (Marin County).
