What You’ll Do
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems
• Perform panel upgrades, wiring, lighting, and service calls with confidence
• Ensure all work meets local electrical codes
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and provide honest, reliable recommendations
• Mentor apprentices and support a culture of safety and professionalism
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
What We’re Looking For
• Valid Journeyman License
• Strong knowledge of NEC standards
• Experience in residential service work
• A problem solver with a positive attitude
• Clean driving record and ability to pass standard background checks
Professional communication and customer service mindset
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, lifts, and in various site conditions
