We are a small residential company working at the high end of the market. Our clients and collaborating architects expect exceptional craftsmanship and great customer service — and we deliver. The work is interesting, the clients are engaged, and no two projects are the same.
We are currently staffing a larger project in San Anselmo and are looking to bring on two journeyman-level carpenters.
What We’re Looking For:
You have solid residential construction experience and take real pride in your work. You’re the kind of person who reads the plans before picking up a tool, asks questions when something isn’t clear, and keeps yourself productive throughout the day without needing to be managed.
• Framing and finish carpentry experience
• Familiarity with structural work and ability to read blueprints
• High attention to detail and quality
• Well organized, punctual, and reliable
• Strong integrity
• Good communication skills; intermediate English or better
• Self-directed with a problem-solving mindset
• Personable, with a good sense of humor
• Interest in design and architecture is a genuine plus
