Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Oversee and manage a construction team of 3-6 carpenters.
Project Oversight: Balance hands-on work with project management duties (50% bags on, 50% project management).
Plan Interpretation: Read and understand architectural and structural plans.
Subcontractor Coordination: Manage and collaborate effectively with subcontractors.
Key Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in construction supervision.
Skills: Proficiency in reading and understanding architectural and structural plans.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage subcontractors and collaborate with established subcontractors effectively.
