We are seeking a highly skilled Finish Carpenter with a minimum of 10 years of experience in high-end residential construction. This role requires precision craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to execute complex architectural designs to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install custom millwork, cabinetry, paneling, and trim with exceptional precision
• Execute detailed finish work including crown molding, baseboards, wainscoting, and built-ins
• Interpret and work from architectural drawings and shop drawings
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and other trades to ensure seamless execution
• Maintain strict quality control standards on all installations
• Perform layout and field measurements with accuracy
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges on-site
• Ensure all work aligns with luxury-level expectations and client standards
Qualifications:
• Minimum 10+ years of finish carpentry experience in high-end residential projects
• Proven portfolio of luxury homes or custom projects
• Advanced knowledge of woodworking tools, materials, and installation techniques
• Ability to read and interpret detailed plans and specifications
• Strong understanding of tolerances, reveals, and fine detail alignment
• High level of professionalism and job site etiquette
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or within a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with custom cabinetry installation
• Familiarity with premium materials (hardwoods, veneers, specialty finishes)
• Ability to lead or mentor junior carpenters
