Also known as a power broom, people use it for things like sweeping artificial grass, aerating lawns, and cleaning concrete garage and warehouse floors. It only works with the Makita power head, (https://www.makitatools.com/products/details/XUX01Z). The power head IS NOT included in the sale.
Originally purchased to clean my exposed aggregate concrete patio, but I ended up using a power washer, so I don’t have a use for it anymore. Amazon sells it unassembled for $480 plus tax. This one is already assembled, no tax, and has had only light use since I bought it from Jackson’s a year ago. Selling for $300.
