Condition is fair. It is missing some pieces having been transported for years. It also needs a delicate cleaning to remove the dust.
With that said, it is a cool and unique piece. It served as my army men's playground in my youth (the 70's). Unfortunately, it has sat in a box for years. It is time to let it go. I made the castle the centerpiece of my model train set.
