The dollhouse is all real materials, no plastic! It comes with all of the tiny, cute furniture in the photos (including beds, kitchen items, rugs, chairs, little tiny toys, etc.) There is some optional fix or two to be done (i.e. one loose shingle, etc) but it is ready for action for a little kiddo as-is and filled with happy over the years.
