This is a 2 to 3 month rental available September 1st. The house is shared with one housemate who works long hours in the wine industry and is gone weekends. The kitchen is fully stocked and recently remodeled! The bedroom has an adjustable Temperpedic bed. Free driveway parking and all utilities included. 950.00$ per month.
The yard is large and filled with fruit trees and flowers along a creek in a very private setting at the back of a cul-de-sac. We take care of the chickens and you can use the eggs! Very quiet in town only 3 minutes from downtown walkable! It’s like living in the country but you are right in the middle of the city!

Close to all wineries, 30 minutes from the ocean and near everything Sonoma has to offer.
Also includes free cleaning lady service!

$100.00 non refundable cleaning fee + one month deposit.
