Location is in quiet and peaceful area of Novato Blackpoint/Greenpoint.
Lots of natural light and large windows (sliding glass doors).
Studio is approx: 12.5' x 23.5' (not including the bathroom measurement)
2 beds, couch, coffee table, desk, etc. and large closet.
Kitchen area: 4 burner electric stove and oven, sink, small frig, microwave and cabinets, and some small appliances, dishes, silverware, glasses, pots, pans, etc.
Bathroom is approx: 6' x 9', also spacious with natural light.
Has a nice large patio with outdoor furniture for relaxing and watching the incredible sunsets. There are large trees nearby and lots of birds and natural beauty.
Parking is for one car only - on site/off street. There is no other parking or storage available, sorry.
Studio is located near Atherton Ave. Hwy 101 is 1 mile away, Hwy 37 is 2 miles away. Only 2 or so miles to downtown Novato. 1.5 miles to SMART Train.
Lots of hiking trails and bike paths nearby too.
If you are looking for a "non-apartment" type atmosphere for your short term stay, you've found it. Perfect for those who enjoy and appreciate the quiteness and peacefulness of nature that surrounds the area.
