I'm seeking 1 or 2 quiet, respectful people to sublet my fully furnished 2 story home while I'm away traveling. It's a casual, comfortable home with ample off street parking and a relaxing backyard. Kitchen is fully equipped, Piano in Living Room, Hot tub and garden in backyard, w/d, EV Charger available. One bedroom has a queen and the other a full size bed. Conveniently located just 5 minutes from 101 with hiking, biking, pickleball courts and all kinds of shopping nearby. San Francisco is 30 miles south, Sonoma County and it's wineries are just 30 miles north.
$3200/month includes all utilities.
$500/mo Discount if you enjoy cats and are willing to care form my 2 sweet, independent cats. If you don't like cats then I can place them with a friend while I'm gone traveling but of course they would prefer to stay home.
Partial months will be pro-rated. Security Deposit Required
