I'm seeking 1 or 2 quiet, respectful people to sublet my fully furnished 2 story home while I'm away traveling. It's a casual, comfortable home with ample off street parking and a relaxing backyard. Kitchen is fully equipped, Piano in Living Room, Hot tub and garden in backyard, w/d, EV Charger available. One bedroom (upstairs) has a queen and the other bedroom is in a backyard cottage about 30 feet from the house. There is no bathroom out there...just a10x12' bedroom) with a full size bed, dresser, desk etc. Conveniently located just 5 minutes from 101 with hiking, biking, pickleball courts and all kinds of shopping nearby. San Francisco is 30 miles south, Sonoma County and it's wineries are just 30 miles north.
Exact dates are negotiable
$2200/month includes all utilities. This lower than typical rent is in exchange for caring for my 2 easy, independent cats while I'l away. Must enjoy cats and be familiar with caring for them. Sorry, no other pets would work with the cats here.
Partial months will be pro-rated. Security Deposit Required
