We have a partly furnished COZY room for rent in a 3bedroom apartment in Tam Valley There is no cable TV. This is ideal if you need a second home to stay in while you work in the area , like a traveling nurse, or if need a commute room. The kitchen is small and the bathroom is shared. I’m a 50+ female and the other room is rented to a 30-year-old female. . Parking is limited to street parking. It is not the Ritz. This is Marin, prices are crazy and expensive. There is a twin bed, work table and a small dresser. I can provide blankets, sheets, towels and pillows. We’d like to keep it ladies only. But we are willing to discuss having a male . This is a SHORT TERM RENTAL . Must have good references and be willing to sign a rental agreement. Rental is from May 15 until July 1st I will not reply to a text. I will respond ASAP. $1,200 plus a $200. cleaning deposit.
