Beautiful riverside home, Hummingbird House will has vacancies available now. November 1st.. 2 single upstairs rooms w/shared bath will become available. These singles can be long term or short. Hummingbird House is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with extensive gardens, pool, pond, ping-pong, courtyard, borders the river path and offers sparkling views of the river just feet away and many opportunities to be at home in nature. 2 minute walk to the river, 5 minutes to the park, playground and running track. 20 min. walk to the historical town Plaza. Bikes, canoe, kayak to share. My home is shared by farm/winery and hospitality professionals. Gentlemen preferred but will consider a lady for upstairs singles. Must be employed, respectful and easy going with a willingness to contribute to a peaceful and clean home environment. No drama, no drunks, no drugs please. Non smokers preferred.
