We will also rent as a 3BR for $3000 that would include the Master suite with full bath. (the master is currently not part of the 2R rental and is locked off when rented as a 2BR). Please inquire for more info.
There is driveway parking for 2 cars. There is a garage, but it is not available for parking and may have a very small amount of storage space for use.
Great, quiet residential neighborhood. Again, we are on a steep hill, so please keep that in mind. We walk it, but it can be a workout :) There is a nice loop if you do trek all the way up to the top - it will circle back around. There is a flat trail right across the street for a lovely forest walk. If you walk all the way down the hill (about 10 minutes), there is a great little coffee / bakery - but you'll have to walk back up!! I also really enjoy walking down the hill and doing about a 2 mile loop on Cherry and Old Cazadero road (walk past the ultra-hip Autocamp). There is a great tennis / pickle ball court down the hill as well on Old Cazadero. We've also walked into town many times - but it's on a pretty busy road. And it's just over a mile.
You will be responsible for utilities including propane, electric, water, trash and wifi- approx. $200-300-/ month (on the lower side in summer).
There is a granny unit below the home and it may be occupied, but it's very private. You do share garage access and laundry (they have separate parking).
We are pet friendly for one pet, an extra $50/ month and a pet deposit.
