Move in date is flexible. The length of the sublet is flexible. Can be for a week, a month or more.
For rent is an extra large master bedroom with lots of natural light. The room is 360 sq ft and feels almost like a little studio apartment but with the benefit of a shared communal house. Rent for this master room is $1500.
If desired, there is an office space that can be rented in addition to the master bedroom. This extra room could be used as an art studio, office, workspace, healing space, etc. Additional rent for this room is only $300.
We are seeking one grounded woman to room with us!
Our landlady has requested a cap on how many people reside in the house at the moment. So we are looking for ONE housemate - that is a woman - sorry guys, that is just what feels safest for the current housemates at the moment ;p
PETS:
Our landlady had requested no dogs in the house.
Yet, House trained cats are allowed - they will especially love the abundant outdoor space!
THE HOME:
The 3000 sq. ft, rustic country house is on 4 acres of rustic country land between the towns of Occidental and Graton. 10 -15 minute drive to Sebastopol. There are two living rooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, art nook, real hardwood floors, heated by wood stove, fruit trees. (The guavas are poppin’ right now!), plenty of space for gardening, big outdoor space with plenty of sun.
