We have 4 dwellings approx 20 ft from each other, strewn over a sunny hillside, affording both privacy and friendly neighbors.
We keep quiet sanctuary here at the end of a rural road. There are no streetlights or landscaping lights; it is a sanctuary space bordering a forest for your forest and creek immersion experience.
The dwellings are vintage 40's , so don't expect fancy, but rustic as is characteristic for our valley; they are of course well-maintained and function properly.
The experience is best suited for those experienced in country-living, or would like to learn.
We are dogfriendly, if guardians are wellbehaved and respect conditions.( sorry no cats, wildlife refuge here).
