Westside barbell scout reverse hyper. It is in great condition has the strap and two clips and pendulum works perfectly well. It folds and stands up for more space or storage.
The only thing is the small pin that locks the pendulum in place when storing is broken but DOESN'T affect the user in any way while using the device. (See pic).
I no longer have use for it and takes up space.
Located in Sonoma.
