The Shop San Rafael is looking to add another Hair Stylist and/or Barber to our team. We like our vibe to be fun and energetic, while being professional at the same time. That attracts a friendly and generous clientele. Stylists new to our Shop are busy immediately, so we’re looking for an experienced stylist who are comfortable behind the chair.

WHAT WE OFFER:
• High starting pay plus easy to earn bonuses (Even part timers can earn bonuses!)
• Immediate clientele - no need to bring a book of clients, we’ve got the flow.
• Healthcare (for full-time team members).
• Paid sick time.
• All backbar product and support tools. (We even supply clippers and trimmers if you need them - you just bring your shears).
• Continued education to keep your skills sharp.
• Full-time reception team – you don’t manage your own book.

About The Shop:
The Shop is a barber style salon. We do men, women and kids; cuts, colors and shaves. We’ve been in the Bay Area since 2011 and in San Rafael since 2014. We’re not a booth rental Shop, so there’s no expense to get started with us. We’re family owned and aim for a relaxed and happy work environment.
