We’re hiring a Sales & Customer Experience Manager who can support customers from the first inquiry through build completion. This is a hybrid role combining sales, customer education, project coordination, and ongoing customer support. You’ll help people understand their options, navigate decisions, review proposals, and feel taken care of every step of the way.

Primary Responsibilities:
Customer Communication & Support
• Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries
• Guide customers through options, timelines, and pricing
• Answer questions with clarity, patience, and honesty
• Help customers compare build paths and understand trade-offs
• Handle service-related calls and post-build support questions
• Monitors social media accounts and responds to comments/questions as needed
Sales & Proposal Management
• Qualify leads and identify customer needs
• Create proposals using standard packages and custom build options
• Price out builds with accuracy and clear explanations
• Update proposals as customer decisions evolve
• Review options, upgrades, and configurations with customers
Project Coordination & Admin
• Track customer information (currently folder-based; CRM to come)
• Maintain customer files, notes, and communications
• Manage follow-up schedules for active leads
• Prepare paperwork and documentation for new builds
• Coordinate with shop team on scheduling, materials, and timelines
• Handle deposits, signatures, and project confirmations
Customer Journey Management
• Track where each customer is in the decision process
• Help overwhelmed customers narrow options and make confident decisions
• Set expectations around scheduling, availability, and budget
• Make sure customers feel supported from inquiry to delivery
• Keep communication clear, timely, and organized
• Records progress and final deliverables through pictures and video
Preferred Experience:
• 3+ years in sales, customer service, or account management
• Experience in a custom-build, automotive, RV/van, construction, or design-related industry is a plus
• Ability to understand basic drawings, layouts, or technical information
• Experience drafting proposals, quotes, or estimates
• Comfort discussing budgets, timelines, and project details
• CRM experience (or willingness to learn as we implement one)
