We’re currently seeking a motivated and personable Sales Associate to join our San Rafael showroom team. If you enjoy connecting with people, have a knack for consultative sales, and want to represent leading home wellness brands, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
• Represent the Creative Energy brand with professionalism, enthusiasm and product expertise.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through in-person, phone, and email communication.
• Document all sales leads, client interactions, and follow-up activities in our CRM (Evosus).
• Conduct showroom presentations and close sales on a variety of luxury home products.
• Participate in company sales meetings, training sessions, and vendor events.
• Assist with showroom opening/closing procedures and maintain the space’s visual standards.
• Collaborate closely with delivery, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth client experiences.
Compensation
• Base salary plus commission and monthly bonuses.
• Average annual earning from $85,000 - $120,000 for top performers

Hours
• Monday–Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• (Closed on New Year’s Day, Easter, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas)
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of retail, showroom, or consultative sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong follow-up and organizational abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Comfortable with CRM/POS systems (experience with Evosus a plus)
• Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented
