Independent Professional looking for Private room w/ private bathroom and private entrance.

I will not need access to the kitchen. Requirements for me: non-smoking, peaceful, mature adults on premises with quiet dogs, if any.

I will primarily be there intermittently in the morning and afternoon.

I am moving from S.F. to live closer to work in Larkspur.

I would like to pay $1K monthly, possibly more subject to amenities.
