Senior Lady seeking guest house, studio or cottage (sebastopol)

I'm seeking to rent a guest house, studio or small cottage in the Sebastopol! I'm in Oakmont right now and have time to locate and find the right setting. However, I would like to be settled by mid-December! I am also open to a partial exchange for such a guest house or small cottage. I could offer Piano Lessons for children or adults as well as Consulting for living a Thriving Life! I could also live in a small community and would be happy to work on the land. I love to garden.
I am a mature senior lady with no pets, non-smoker and non-drinker. I'm quiet and respectful and in great health! It would be a joy to be on land with fruit trees and/or a stream. I also very much enjoy being in a setting with wild deer and turkey's roaming around. I'm a former elementary teacher, mother of 3 older children, author of 3 books on the art of listening to children, qigong practitioner and radio/ summit host online. My budget is about $1200 - $1500.
I LOVE the upkeep of a home and have excellent references. If any of this resonates with you, I'd love to hear from you. I do work part-time from home so need a great internet connection. I travel light and could make a furnished or non-furnished space work for me.
