Seeking Single Bedroom or Studio to Rent (santa rosa)

I’m a single 44 yr old male looking for a room or small studio to rent in Santa Rosa for myself and my two little kitties. I currently reside in Guerneville, but want to be closer to work.
A little about me:
I work full-time and am a key holder for a Santa Rosa business. When I’m not working, I enjoy writing, filmmaking and the outdoors, such as hiking, swimming and rock climbing. I create a lot of content for YouTube and social media, and love being creative. I also enjoy working in the yard or garden, when I find the time.
I am clean, quiet and respectful, and try to bring harmony and balance into my life. I enjoy my privacy, but enjoy spending time with friends and family just the same. As for my two kitties, they are a mother & daughter duo, and are very clean, well-behaved, box-trained and strictly indoors. They are my babies and very loving.
I am LGBTQ-friendly and support my community, and like getting involved with volunteer work and charities. I’m actually currently volunteering for Forgotten Felines of Santa Rosa.
I just need a space big enough for my bed, nightstand, dresser and small work area which consists of my desk and a small filing cabinet. I can take furnished or unfurnished. I would also need some storage area for some boxes and seasonal things, but if I can find a decently-priced rent, I can just get a small storage unit.
I’m looking to move anytime after December 1st. I just simply can not afford my current place any longer as they have raised the rent beyond what I can pay, and the commute is costing me as well. Once I find a place, I’ll put in my proper 30-day notice to vacate.
