I'm responsible male, non smoker, 40s, with good credit and rental history. My partner and I have lived in the same house in Sebastopol for 10 years. We are looking to move closer to the coast. Tomales, Point Reyes Station. Ideally a 3 bedroom with a large yard.

Posted rental prices are already over what we pay in Sebastopol. I am an arborist and work for pg&e and make decent $ but not enough to pay over $2950 for less space than I currently have.
Hoping there is someone who wants to rent to good people who will look after the property and yard and doesn't care about market prices and squeezing hard working people out of the area.
