Hello. I am looking for a room or studio apartment in the Rohnert park or Santa Rosa downtown area. This would be for January 1st 2026. I’m a single minimalist male with good manners, No drama, no drugs, no pets, Just a normal quiet guy trying to find a nice place to live on my own. I like running, reading and writing. I like to keep it to myself most of the time. On weekends I go to SF to visit some friends or my grandchildren here in Santa Rosa. I have a steady full time job Monday through Friday. I have Good references and good rental history. Please let me know if you have a place for rent.
Ps. I am allergic to pets.
