Hello! My name is Joe. I am a long time Sonoma County and Petaluma resident. I am looking for an affordable room rental. I prefer Petaluma but open to other locations.

I am a kind, compassionate, quiet person. I love animals and I enjoy gardening and cooking.I recently retired from a career coaching tennis.

I recently lost my Housing due to unforeseen circumstances. Most recently I was a caretaker at a friend‘s property in Petaluma West side for the past five years. My good friend unfortunately died from a heart attack and his family sold the property so I lost my friend and my housing.

I am a low-key quiet and considerate person. I have many local references.
