If you are typically hesitant to consider a renter for your property, I may be the ideal candidate. Caretaking roles would also be ideal for me. I am a master gardener with extensive knowledge in wildfire mitigation. I’m mindful and aware, observant, and very tidy. Professionally, I am semi-retired. My background includes a long career in community engagement, event production and management, as well as creating native landscapes and community gardens. I have many community and professional references. I can pass any background check and have never been arrested or sued.
I have one canine. Roscoe, a 70-pound gentleman Akbash. He is a livestock guardian breed and will not bother livestock, horses, wildlife, or cats. He will drive away predators of all forms, especially coyotes. He is 6 years old, fully up to date on all vaccines, and is neutered. He is always in my company and sleeps indoors. He is professionally groomed every six weeks and brushed routinely. He is not typically a barker, except for delivery trucks, especially Amazon.
