Hello, I'm looking to rent a studio apartment/granny unit for my kitty and I to move into.
I'd prefer to sublease or rent privately only because I live off of my husband's paychecks for the most part (he is military and stationed overseas). My credit is fine (in the 600s), but I only work part time so my main source of income is him, which has been a problem when applying to corporate apartment companies.
French Fry (my kitty) is very well behaved and I have never had any issues with her being destructive in the past.
Willing to go as far as SR or Novato, but would prefer to stay in Petaluma/Cotati/RP.
