My life is passing me by, without horses in it — I want to change that NOW!
One fervent Wish 🪄✨ for 2025 is to be helping someone as horse-happy as myself.
I am fully ambulatory despite various health limitations, and I want to dedicate myself to the support of a household/community that values horses, in an effort to bring what I'm passionate about back into my life. I have two hands and a minivan, at your service!
I'm also passionate about helping the environment/nature, all animals, senior/disabled, homeless, disadvantaged populations, the cannabis industry, and teaching handicapped individuals the FREE information they need to train their dog &/or miniature horse to be a legal service animal under current federal guidelines (I hate how they're taken advantage of and charged money for fake 'certification' BS that ISN'T required!).
I'll be the one to run the errands, do the Costco run (have my own), water the plants, feed the animals, clean up after them, muck out stalls, clean tack, do cool-downs, rub-downs, curry and hoof pick, exercise, do dishes, laundry, housecleaning, elder care, minor animal care up through the level of subcutaneous fluids, some cooking and lots of baking, even gift wrapping and holiday decorating!
PS: I'm an eligible IHSS client/recipient with 75 to 105+ hours available per month to an eligible IHSS provider/caregiver, IF I move to a new residential address in Sonoma County. (My current housing is ineligible.) I'm looking to relocate ASAP!!! Would love to have a safe little tent on a property somewhere in Santa Rosa; I have my own van and most belongings are already in storage.
I have both fixed and additional income (gig delivery, i.e. DoorDash GrubHub Spark Instacart etc), am mobile and almost entirely independent, and require very little actual assistance, in terms of IHSS, etc.
I am:
• a volunteer passionate about helping the above;
• a renter willing to pay reasonable rent; and
• an IHSS client looking for new housing & helper/s.
I'd be thrilled to find any one or more of those...
