420/Pet-Friendly, Handicapped Workaholic ISO ACCESS to Amenities &/or 'Safe Harbor'.
Most people would suggest a 'Commuter Room', but I'm trying to save $$ right now -- & as great as the beds may be, I really Don't NEED one.
What I do NEED (and willing to pay &/or work for), is (Safe) ACCESS to the following, In Priority Order...
MANDATORY:
- FREEZER (approx 1 cubic ft of space — OR, I have my own mini fridge/freezer, if I can plug it in), 2x/day minimum (roughly 12 hrs apart)...
OPTIONAL:
- Toilet
- Microwave
- Shower (w/TUB is extremely helpful)
- Laundry (about 1-2 loads/wk, can be on same day)
I truly don't need the last four as much as I need the first one, but any of them in addition would be welcome.
Please reach out ASAP if you can offer any type of arrangement, whether you feel like it's 'funky' or not -- I'm open to odd possibilities and thinking outside the box! I have references who can vouch for me, too.
Looking in Sonoma County, or San Anselmo/Mill Valley; also open to Marin County, Napa County, Solano County, East Bay Area, Mendocino County, even Sacramento County -- and beyond.
