RV is currently parked in a permanent space in the Little Big Horn Trailer Heaven trailer park in Guerneville.
Upgrades:
- a brand new air conditioner compressor ($1500)
- a brand new Suburban water heater ($1500)
- redwood deck and fence are a year old ($2000)
- interior has been completely painted
Problems:
- The living room and kitchen do not have electricity. The bathroom and bedroom do. I have had two people come look and neither of them could figure out the problem.
- The furnace may need to be replaced because it’s not putting out heat, only cold air.
- I couldn’t get the stove to light so I’m using a two-burner hot plate. Could be an easy fix but I can’t afford to put any more money into the place.
The price reflects these issues.
The trailer had the living room furniture and dinette removed when I purchased it, so it is ready for your personal touch. The best case scenario would be that you need a place to live and want to buy the trailer and rent the space (I pay $525/mo. plus utilities. I do not know what the rent will be for you if you take the space. You will need to be approved by the park management.)
I paid $11,500 in May of 2024, and have only lived in it since May of this year. It has a clear title and is registered through Oct. 2026.
