Background:
This trailer has been partially covered under a roof and has been parked since 2018 in the same spot.
When we moved it there, it was road ready and we see no reason why it can't be moved. Registration is current.
Please look online for a 2003 or 2004 F3 Sierra Toy Hauler to see what it looks like originally.
We made a lot of interior repairs to this so it can be livable. The basics:
- two entrances - one that goes into the garage (with a separate door) and one goes in the living/dining area.
- bathroom and bedroom
- Kitchen w/stove, microwave (fridge does not work) - we have a small plugin fridge we can include
- heating works perfect
- air conditioning above the roof was taken out so we can slide it under the roofing
- includes a window air conditioner we installed (excellent brand) and a portable air conditioner for the garage/extra room
- most of the cabinets are functional and good
- there is loft bed above the garage (we use this for storage)
- new water heater installed about 2-years ago
What is needed
- slide outs (2) will need to be pushed in (there is generator built in we have not used) - if you know about trailers maybe you can figure this out- otherwise we know a repair man that can look at it and slide them back in
- check tires and brakes (at the outset, they look good since we never moved this and no wear and tear)
- will need a new toilet and new plumbing fixtures (kitchen faucet, shower head) - this have minor leaks just needs sealing or get new fixtures altogether.
- will need a door for the closet (there is only one door- that's how we got it)
- general modifications to upgrade- interior seating, install a new fridge if you like
You will need a proper truck (for example: GMC 2500HD with diesel and the Allsion specialized tow transmission) that can tow the fifth wheel. This toy-hauler weighs over 12,000 pounds (38') and has the flipped axles. I got this information from the guy that originally towed it to its current location.
We can start showing this as of October 2nd, 2025 and need to have this moved by 11/1/2025
