This Springdale 26 ft trailer with rear dinette and jacknife couch is in pristine shape. Its had very little use and less than 500 miles of towing. Originally purchased new by previous owner for his elderly father but never got used, we purchased it last May and used it at Blue lakes in a semi private resort where it stayed all summer. Brought it back to Novato and has been stored in a covered location since.
The bathroom has never had the shower or toilet used and are like new. The interior is like new and exterior is also. This trailer needs nothing and is ready to roll. I'll even include the brand new equalizer hitch assy. It has electric tongue jack and electric awning and stabilizing jacks. Deluxe steps and led lights in the awning and through out the trailer. The kitchen is very nice with plenty of counter space and a big fridge, and lots of cabinets. Dinette booth and fold down couch, and Queen size bed with a comfortable mattress. No slide out means no problems and the interior still has plenty of space, perfect for a couple. Has Roof top solar panels a lithium battery 60 gallons of water capacity, grey and black 40 gal. dry weight 4770lbs 2750 payload 7520 GVWR easy to tow with a SUV Current book value around $22-24k
