1975 Ideal- Brand Camper Trailer Was a Toy Hauler - $600
The toy hauler ramp has been permanently shut, and the restroom has been removed/a floor was put over the fixtures, and bunk beds/shelves were installed. The trailer still has the rings on the floor to secure large items and could perhaps be turned back into a toy hauler if someone desired.
Title clear. Registration paid through May 2026.
About 20' long (not including tongue), 95" wide, 10' high plus height of A/C unit.
New Good Year Endurance tires June 2025 -- about $1,050
New spare tire on full size rim June 2025 -- about $100
Dual axle flipped.
Grease and bearings checked and in good shape.
Brakes work very well, stopping in a straight line, quiet, normal. - about $600
Strong steel foundation is solid and straight.
New lights, wiring, etc. for towing July 2025 -- about $1,000
New heavy duty safety chains exceed about 5,000 pound rating, and matching links July 2025 -- about $100
Tows smoothly and easily.
Receiver on back, pins, etc. July 2025 -- about $200
Front jack works well -- repaired July 2025 -- about $50
Four scissor jacks work well, one newly replaced July 2025 -- about $100
Door has sliding window above and below.
Step slides out.
Extra entryway handles for easier entry and exit.
Screen door in good shape.
Original curtains. Shades for all windows.
Two ceiling vents in ceiling.
D-rings/loops on the floor for securing large items.
Fridge (electricity and propane).
Stove with 4 burners and oven.

Sink: Two wells with covers to increase counter space.
Sink drains to ground outside under trailer (popular for those who camp in wilderness) or to campsite drain.
Bench seat opens to access water tank.
Dining table folds against front wall. Leaves for adjusting length.

Cold water tank holds water well. Hot water heater looks fine (not used).
Storage cabinet above the table folds into a bed or large shelf.

Damaged in front, likely needs some reframing, especially around front window and potentially front of roof.
