As you come through the entry door there is a front walk around bed to the right. The kitchen is ahead of you. As you turn to the back the sofa(in the slide-out) is across from the dinette. As you continue to the back the bathroom is on the right and there is a double bed on the left with a bunk bed above it.
Appliances and water system's have been checked out and are working. This has all of the normal features and options. AC, electric awning(new awning canvas), electric tongue jack, scissor jacks and more. There has been a small electric fridge installed in one of the outside compartments.
This travel trailer is located in Lake County by Clear Lake at Brown's RV 9702 Hwy 53 Lower Lake CA 95457. We are about 90 minutes from Napa and Santa Rosa.

The material on the sofa and dinette cushions is peeling off. The tires are the original tires. This has been parked for a few years. If it was to be towed around it should have new tires, a bearing pack and the brakes checked out.
We have done are best to get everything working and we will show you that items are working and show you how to work. It is a used trailer and is sold as-is with no warranty.
