As you walk in the enter door, the queen walk around bed is in the front, the sofa is straight ahead. As you turn towards the back the kitchen is on the right across from the dinette. As you head to the rear the bunks are on the left and the bathroom is on the right.
All appliances and water system are working. The has an AC, awning and jacks, the awning has a small whole but works well otherwise.
This travel trailer is located in Lake County by Clear Lake at Brown's RV 9702 CA 53, Lower Lake CA 95457. We are about 90 minutes from Santa Rosa and Napa. We are about 2.5 hours from Oakland and San Francisco depending on traffic.
