Floorplan: Rear bathroom, dinette across from kitchen. As you entry the door there is a sofa straight ahead, a dresser to the right and then the bedroom up top. This originally had twins beds. A queen bed was placed over the top of the twin bed bases.
Most appliances and RV systems are working. The fridge work well on electric. It does not work well on LPG(switched off after a while) furnace, water heater, AC and water systems are all working. LPG tanks, hoses and LPG regulator are all new.
This 5th wheel is located in Lake County by Clear Lake at Brown's RV 9702 Hwy 53 Lower Lake CA 95457. We are about 90 minutes from Santa Rosa and Napa.

Tires are older. If this is to be towed around we'd recommend new tires, a bearing pack and brake inspection.
