I can do everything from collecting rents, move ins, move outs, remodels and repairs, maintaining vacation rentals including Air B and B's as well as dealing with everyday problems with tenants.
I have 15 years of property management, 15 years construction, 6 years of Real Estate and 6 years of collection management experience. I have a 3/4-ton truck and all my own tools! I also work very well with residents of all ages.
If you prefer, I don't have to do the work myself. I can handle arranging to have venders come out and get any issues with units taking care of. It's all up to you.
I also work with Real Estate agents in taking care of small repairs to get homes sold!
