Room in a shared tiny home:
Currently furnished as photos show with futon (can be pulled flat to become a bed or stay as a couch), hanging closet rod, a small table & a desk. Can come furnished or unfurnished.
Size: 6.75 feet x 7.6 feet
Three windows in room for natural light, tons of outlets, lights built into ceiling for bright lighting.
Place:
Month to month rental agreement but potentially staying many, many months is ok but not necessary.
Large yard
Street parking only
Located on a corner.
Share bathroom & kitchen area with 1 other person. (We have a toaster oven, hot plates & refrigerator).
Laundromat is located a few hundred feet from the house.
Sorry, no pets or Febreze/ perfumey items/incense, etc. as occupant is allergic.
No smoking or vaping of any kind.
Peaceful quiet place with quiet hours after 9pm.
Utilties included in rental price: water, garbage, electric & wifi (The wifi can be spotty occasionally. If you need consistency, you may need your own hotspot. FYI: The local library has free hotspots available for checkout with a library card).
Note: The other occupant will be in the loft area. You will need to enter though the front door past the loft area to get to your room. There is a divider between her space and the common area but not an actual door. You do have a door for your room, though.

Late 40s, early 50s female.
Works full-time, partially remote.
Into fitness & exploring new places.
Doesn't use any substances (alcohol, 420, etc.)
Neighborhood:
Approximately, 1 mile from Town Green, Shiloh park & Foothill Park.
Located on the 60 bus route & approximately 1 mile from SMART train.
