Three windows in room for natural light, tons of outlets, lights built into ceiling for bright lighting.
Place:
Month to month rental agreement but potentially staying many, many months is ok but not necessary.

Located on a corner.
Share bathroom & kitchen area with 1 other person. (We have a toaster oven, hot plates & refrigerator).
Laundromat is located a few hundred feet from the house.
Sorry, no Febreze/ perfumey items/incense, etc. as occupant is allergic.
No smoking or vaping of any kind.
Peaceful quiet place with quiet hours after 9pm.
Utilities included in rental price: water, garbage, electric & wifi (The wifi can be spotty occasionally. If you need consistency, you may need your own hotspot. FYI: The local library has free hotspots available for checkout with a library card).
Note: You will have your own private entrance. The other occupant will be in the loft area.

Works full-time, partially remote.
