The room is currently furnished with a king bed, a six-drawer dresser and a small desk. Furnishings can come with or without the room rental, let me know which you prefer. Hardwood flooring, floor heater, glass closet doors, lock and key and plenty of natural light. My plants love this room. WiFi included, no gaming.
ABOUT THE AREA
We're located in an ideal area of West Windsor. With an abundance of amenities. Ten minute walk or three minute bike ride to The Town Green, smart train, bus stops, restaurants, wine tastings, library, Oliver's and so much more. Keiser Park is a three minute walk where the annual fourth of July “kaboom” happens. Safeway shopping center & Raley’s are a few minutes drive. The airport and hospital are an eight minute drive. There is plenty of street parking in front of the house for your vehicle.
THIS IS WHO WE’RE SEEKING
"An individual with no vices" works full-time away from home. A person who will clean up after themselves, doesn’t smoke and not a heavy drinker. Would appreciate a mature adult who is friendly, easy to get along with but yet private, a good communicator and drama free.
SHARED SPACES
The bathroom will be shared with a male (30) who works full time and keeps to himself. The kitchen is a common space that must stay clean for the next persons usage. Laundry room as well.
Must not be allergic to cats, we have them. They’re both indoor & out, NO litter box (I don't like the smell) We’re also at our max with pets so unfortunately we can’t accept anymore at this time.
