The room is about 125 sq.ft. (~10' x 13') for one person only, non-furnished. There's a large closet. Another closet can be added if wanted.
It's a laminate flooring house, located in Glen Cove area - safe and quiet. Two minutes driving to supermarket or to Hwy 780.
You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom. Totally only 3~4 adults live in the house.
Only three adults will share the kitchen (all kitchen appliances and utensils are privileged for residents), on-site washer and dryer. A lot of street parking space.
Monthly rent is $1000 includes electricity, gas, water, trash management, high speed internet (900 Mbps).
No pets and non-smoke please.
One month rent $1000 + security deposit $1000 = move-in amount $2000 + proof of income are required.
The last month rent is free after renting for 12 months.
